Charley's Cradle was established to be a premier provider of comprehensive care
for Newborns/Infants.
We will accomplish this ONLY by partnering with exceptional care providers.
As a result, Charley's Cradle is actively seeking to establish relationships with
experienced Newborn Care Specialists that will provide superior care for our Clients'
children.
IDEAL CANDIDATES WILL POSSESS THE FOLLOWING:
• A sincere LOVE for the care of children and a clear understanding of the
TRUST given them by parents
• Proof of US citizenship
• FLUENT/EASY TO UNDERSTAND SPOKEN ENGLISH
• A minimum of 5 years of current experience providing comprehensive daily
care for newborns/infants
• Some type of formal "Newborn Care" training – for example: Feeding, Bathing,
Sleep Training, Breastfeeding, Umbilical Cord Care, Circumcision Care, Bottle Sterilization
and more...
• INFANT CPR CERTIFICATION (current)
• 3 professional references that are willing to be contacted by phone
• Proof of Physical/Immunizations within the last 12 months
